In the fall of 1982, Dr. Pete Pratte started the Veterinary Mobile Clinic.  At that time, he did house calls in Lake St. Louis and the surrounding area.  In a couple of years, he founded Lake St. Louis Animal Care. 
       At the end of 2022, Dr. Pete closed Lake St. Louis Animal Care.  and semi-retired. He intends to continue the mobile shot clinic.
       Essentially, services are limited to vaccinations and heartworm tests.  Heartgard and Nexgard flea and tick products are also available.  Services like physical exams, diagnostic tests, and prescriptions (just to name a few) cannot be performed at the mobile clinic. The mobile clinic's hours of operation are from 10:00 AM to Noon.
